1. Launch Web Estimation Wizard
Navigate to search.agora.cleaning and click the Room Calculator & Estimation Wizard banner on the home search page.
2. Select Property Type & Postal Code
Choose your property setup (e.g. 2-Bed Flat, 3-Bed Detached House) and input your postal code for local rate calibration.
3. Adjust Room Breakdown
Specify the exact count of standard bedrooms, bathrooms, en-suites, reception rooms, and kitchen size.
4. Select Clean Multiplier & Add-Ons
Choose between Regular Maintenance (1.0x), Deep Clean (1.5x), or End of Tenancy (1.8x), and add optional items like oven descaling or interior windows.
5. Instant Match & Booking
View matching verified cleaners with instant fixed-price estimates and open schedule slots.
